what kind of fan cooler i must buy

if you're not o/clocking your cpu then the standard Intel heatsink/fan will be more than adequate for cooling!

ok i want overclock my cpu to 450, but i have break the pin 21b but the win98 after 3 seconds crash

Just get any aftermarket Slot-1 Celeron HSF. Any thing should be better than the retail HSF (use some common sense when purchasing). People who get high OC's with the old slot Celerons used Abit BE6-II's. Good luck OC'ing with that generic mobo.
