Fan Controllers?

Is there a device that can control my fans in my full tower. such as when it gets a certain temp in the case the fans will come on and go off when its cooler. or maybe theres something i can hook to my motherboad that will give me a digital display of the temp in the case and i can turn on the fans. any ideas?
