Fan Controller Suggestion

I could use some suggestions for what people have used as a fan controller. I will be getting (most likely) the P160 so something that matches that case (silver) is a priority. In the case I will have 3 fans. The P160 already comes with two (I belive two) temperature sensors so I can monitor temperature inside the case.

Here are my thoughts right now: I need a fan controller for 3 fans, it would be nice if it would automatically increase speed if heat increased to a certain temperature, but still allow me to set what I want it to be at default. Therefore, it probably needs temperature sensors. Other then that, just want to be able to control my fan speeds and monitor temperature inside my case. The fans I'm getting are these:

It doesn't tell me what kind of connection pin it has.

SVC.com carries a bunch of them. The Sunbeam brand seems to be popular - but those are manual. The Vantec or Kingwin are popular in Auto temp controlled units.

So do you think since the P160 case comes with the temperature probes that I should just go with a manual fan? I don't know if I will be extreme overclocking like some but I want to have good cooling. The thing that appeals to me on the temperature controlled fans which have the temperature alarm will automatically increase in speed when things heat up. Otherwise, they might just stay the speed I set them and I could take a few burned out components.

I like the features it has (four knobs for rpm, and the MFD)
Along with the alarm for temperature and it comes with four temperature probes.

Now here is my question. By going with the Antec P160 which comes with two built-in sensors. Am I being redudant having 6 temperature probes? They suggest putting one on the CPU, HDD, Case, and a fourth for whatever. Now the Antec has two already and they say it's built-in so i do not know if they are stationary or what. If this is the case what do you guys think?

I like the price for the fan controller as well.
 
By 6 Watts per channel how does that affect me? I was thinking volts for a second as most fan run at a top volt of 12V while I will want to take that down lower (using fan controller to lower my rpm).

So my question is, how does the 6 Watt per channel limit me?
