Fan Controller Problem

I just got a "Noise Isolator" from FrozenCPU.com and plugged it in.....only to see that turning the knobs did not change my fan speed one RPM. I have a TT XaserV case with an array of TT fans that have the 3-pin (but only one yellow wire) sensors that are to plug into your MB for speed detection. When I plug those into my fan controller, nothing changes. Do I need some sort of adaptor or are these fans just not compatible with fan controllers (my fan controller)?

Ugh they didn't give me any molex-to-3pin adaptors. I guess I'm gonna have to order like 5 of them.

My fans didn't, but they are the stock TT fans that came with my case. I will just find them cheap somewhere.
