Fan controll and temp display....

I am building a PC and i would like to know were i could buy an LCD display of the PC's temperature and be able to control fan power... I want to be able to see the temp so i can turn down the fans when they dont need to be high and dont want too much fan noise. I dont want to turn the fans down because of the noise and not know that its way to hot in the PC 🙂 Anyway does any one know where i can buy an LCD display with fan control for an internal bay?
