Fan contoller question

I just got this fan controller and it has a little noise coming from the capacitors(nothing major but a little annoying), is that normal for fan controllers in general or is mine junk?

Little bit of both. Many controllers emit a buzzing noise, but that one's known for it. Check the reviews.

Ive heard of that prob. on most fan controllers. I got the sunbeam rheobus because it doesnt have that problem.

Thanks guys, it's not that loud so I can deal with it till I can afford a better one
