Fan connectors

I am one step away from purchasing 2 Panaflo 92mm and 1 Panaflo 120mm fans for my case and my heatsink. Can someone please tell me which connector I should get? 3 pin or 4 pin molex? I am using the Asus A8N-SLI nForce4 SLI mobo. Also is it better to connector the fans directly to the motherboard or to the PSU.

Appreciate your feedback on this.

Thanks guys!

I am not sure so don't quote me on this but I believe that it's the 3pin you want if you are going to connect to the Mobo. I would for sure connect to the motherboard this way you can regulate the fans and see what is going on with them.

Or I could buy a fan speed controller right? Then I could hook everything to the PSU except for the HSF. Am I correct in saying this?
