Hello!
I am going to get a CM 690 II case in a couple of days. Its not the advanced version...its this one http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=6646. Ill be getting the windowed ones most probably that only includes a single set of grooves for side panel mounted intake fans

OK...so here's the stock configuration (with PSU intake/exhausts shows...intake is set at bottom)...

so...i came up with some other configurations to improve cooling...Please bear in mind that :
1.summer temps here easily rise to 45 C...so stock will not do.
2.i will populate all 6 HDD bays so front intake fan is basically going to cool HDDs not the rest of the components.
3.i will not overclock (a 2500K) any time soon. It will also use a stock Intel HSF and no after market cooler. Maybe in a couple of years i will OC but not now.

please give me your suggestions as to which is best option and/or your own suggestion...

Option 1: One 140 mm side intake fan + stock

Option 2: One 120mm bottom intake fan + stock

Option 3: One 140 mm side intake fan + One 120mm bottom intake fan + stock

Option 4: One 140 mm side intake fan + One 120mm bottom intake fan + an additional 140mm top exhaust fan + stock

Option 5: Your suggestions

Additional Query:
I have a few other choices for enclosure in about the same price (+- 8%) to this casing....they include CM Scout and CM Storm Enforcer and HAF 912 Advanced....would you recommend those in place of CM 690 II?

Thanks a lot!

I have the case and have the top fan as intake. It allow the cpu access to a supply of cool air, and helps create positive air flow in the case (more intake than exhaust) which allows for better dust management.
