I was thinking of getting a good but yet not too expensive fan bus to control maybe 5-6 fans on my system and maybe also some kind of LCD temperature monitor (optional). Where can I get it and how much would it cost? I don't want to do myself as I don't really want to drill here and there.

I just did some research and ended up buying the Baybus from PCmods. It controls 4 fans. You can choose from "on@12v", "off", "on @ low voltage(set by a pot )". It's designed to mount on a 5.25" drivebay face plate. It's $20. I love mine, it allowed me to tweak my fans to get a much quieter case and still have good cooling. You can leave the fans set on the "low" or "off' setting for normal use,but turn them up to the full 12v for playing games and stuff.
