Fan arrangement

I have Raidmax Scorpio, there are 2 fans in back that intake air, there is exhaust fan on case window. Now there are 2 optional fans on front.

I was thinking if I put those 2 fans upfront as exhaust and 2 in back and 1 in window as intake fans. Would this be best cooling solution?

Here is my case. Also if anybody got experience are the 3 stock fans good or should I get better?

Generally speaking fan placement is as follows:

Front fans=intake
Back fans=exhaust
Side fan=intake

I've never had this case so I don't know a thing about these fans.

Case came with no manual so I am not quite sure which fans are intake? how can I know.

the Intake fans would be the ones blowing in....

Hrmm the manual has nothing to do with the fans. A fan blows in one direction right? If you have the back fans intaking right now, they're blow air into the case. Just reverse them and they're exhaust now. Fans are fans, there are no designated intake or exhaust fans. I think that's what you asked. And since the availabilty is there, grab two more fans and make them intake.
