Question FAN and LIGHT HUB

I am looking for a hub that comes with a controller that will take ARGB light and fan combos for under $100. The controller needs to be one of those thin ones. I've had a peeking online but am unfamiliar with a lot of the brands because they sound sketchy. 4-7 fans with pwm.
