just built me a new SFF PC, within the Lian Li v300, got good wire management (can post pics) and a decent cooler (Zalman 7700 AlCU) and along with the 2 stock front 80mm intakes. I'm getting decent temps on a mildly overclocked e6300 (310 FSB) 35-37idle to 54-56 with load. I'm getting a big variance with load that I am trying to improve.

Now, I think I know where I can improve first off is with the exhaust. Since I'm using the huge 7700 HSF, I had to remove the (only) 80 mm side exhaust fan, so other than the psu (Fortron 400W), I really have no exhaust. Luckily there are mounts for 2 40mm (yuck) exhaust fans close the cpu on the rear.

So need some advice:
Can anyone suggest some good 40mm fans?
I was also thinking about mounting this guy back there http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835220002 (should fit, might need to tweak to mount)
Should I upgrade the 2 front stock 80mm fans? any (preferably quiet) suggestions?
How else could I improve airflow/drop temps?

Other specs should be in sig, Thanks in advance!

wow no one has anything to recomend?

Personally i havent used many 40cm fans. But you can try

jab-tech.com
SVC.com
performance-pcs.com

The last one might be a bit more expensive then the first 2. But im sure you can find a fan your looking for at one of those stores.

And generally speaking, if you can mod the case to take larger fans, its recomended. Larger fans need to spin slower to create the same amount of air movement. Hence there quieter.
