Inspired by the "Natalie Portman sighting" thread, has any actually met a celebrity? I've seen local news reporters but no one actually famous. Anyone?
 
Saw some pro wrestlers at my local gym in highschool when they had an event (undertaker was the only one i remember... i'm not into wrestling).
 
I saw Steven Tyler last year at First Night in Boston. The guy is so casual. I also saw Damon Albarn at some bar in Boston, but he announced he was gonna be there, so I guess that doesnt count.
 
I got to shake Damon Wayans and Adam Sandlers hand back in the day. They were in Ridgecrest, CA shooting a movie and a friend arranged it so I could be eating at the resturant the same time they were. They were both nice and it was all cool.
 
I saw Goldie walking down the street.
Shaken hands with Tony Blair, and gone to an audience with the Pope. That's about it.
 
I sat and played an hour of blackjack at the Venetian with Nick Stahl (played John Connor from T3, was on Carnivale). I later saw Nelly playing craps.
 
I see em a lot.

I saw katie holmes on an N train once, she got off at 57th st.

and when they filmed the dawson's creek ep in nyc, i walked past her and accidentally bumped into her...i looked back and she gave me a dirty look. i didn't realize it was her until i turned around to apologize.

saw bill clinton once. richard gere once.

and a variety of others i can't remember
 
I once saw the members of Destiny's Child about 7 years ago. They went to the same middle school i did and decided to do a free mini concert there.

Didnt get to actually met them but i saw them in person. Even back then Beyonce got me riled up 😱

- met Don Cherry while checking out the Stanley Cup a few years back when it was here in Detroit.

- ran into Terry Bradshaw at the airport.

- had lunch 1 table away from Jeffrey Figer

- ran into several players and coaches from the Tigers here at the local Coney Island

Nothing too exciting.

I lived in SoCal for a while and bumped into a few.

My favorite was Edward Norton (Italian Job, Death to Smoochy, Rounders, etc.) He and I both rented airplanes from the same outfit in Van Nuys. He likes to fly the Turbo 206.

Met Tim Allen, and Arnold Palmer in Vegas a few years ago. Also met Lewis Black outside of his show that we went to.
 
Don Henley, Warren Beatty, Gary & Jake Busey, Shirley McClain, John Cusack, Neve Campbell, Richard Dean Anderson, Zack De La Rocha (not in concert, btw), Tony Danza (he still owes me $7.50), D.B. Sweeny, Nikki Six & Donna Diericho, Terrence Trent D'Arby, Tia & Tamara Mowry, Jane Seymore, Pierce Brosnan, Dana Carvey, Kevin Nieland... that's all I can recall off-hand.

Most of those I helped at either a gas station or coffee shop (or both) in Malibu.

I deliver pizza for a second job in the same town as a lot of the MN Vikings. I have delivered pizza to Michael Bennett (good tipper), Onterio Smith (stiffed 3 times), Mewelde Moore (good tipper and good guy), and also Mike Nattiel ex-LB (stiffed a few times). Smith and Nattiel were potheads and looked stoned as hell and Smith can't even spell the word Twenty when righting out his checks, he spells it Tweenty (more than once).
