The USMS, while small, is responsible for far more shootings per officer than any other federal law enforcement agency, nearly accounting for an actual majority of shootings on a year by year basis. This is pretty significant when you consider the size of the DEA & ATF, and the types of criminals that they're typically confronting.

And isnt it policy Marshals cant wear body cams?

Much of their activities and methods are kept secret. They're in the news today for using Stingrays more than any other law enforcement agency in the country. The thing is, if you publicize how you catch fugitives, it becomes much more difficult to catch fugitives.
