family problem with foster kids and boyfriends.

heh i hit return after typing in the title. oops.

anyway my wife mother is a foster parent. one of her kids is 14 and has a 17 yr old boyfriend. today while the parents were out and a 17 yr old was watching them the 14 yr old had hre boyfriend ove (not sopposed to) and they were going to go for a "drive" anway the boy was asking the 9yr old (female) to come along also. She says he keeps putting his arm around her and resting it on her"boobs" (heh 9yr with boobs heheh). anway the girl that was watching them called me and i came over but the 14yr old and her boyfriend had left already.

i didnt call the cops though i think i should have but my wife's mother told the girl to not talk to him again and IF he ever comes over or touches the 9yr old she will call the cops. heh i said nevermind the cops call me. grr fudging pedos

I'm not convinced the kid's a pedo, since the girl does have boobs. Pedophiles by definition are people who are sexually attracted to children who have not yet developed secondary sexual characteristics.

However, it's still a bad situation, and must be avoided in the future.

i was thinking the same thing. i expected him to be from another country, i'd at least give him the benefit of the doubt then, but nope, illinois.

well boobs was her term not mine. a 9 yr old dont have them. well they do but they are not real breast.

heh yeah i didnt think it made much sense but i was mad =(

though any guy who wants to take a 9yr old someplace and fondles her is a pedo. yeah i know a 9 yr old is not a child in the defination for a pedophile but its still nasty!
