Simpsons ... although it is beginning to stale defined the genre. Family Guy is alright, but doesn't quite have the development that the Simpsons does. Time will tell.

Futurama just isn't that funny.

Zoidberg is the greatest comic foil in the history of television, sorry, it's true.

Funniest?
Definately family guy.
Whenever I see an episode for the first time I laugh like a gremlin.
Usually through most of the show.

Simsons and Futurama are good too, but some of the episodes can go halfway through without anything side-splitting.

Do you mean current simpsons or overall.

Anybody who picks anything other than the old simpsons is a fool. Family Guy would never have gotten produced without the simpsons, and will never reach the level of the 7, 8, and 9th seasons of the simpsons. New simpsons, of course, just beat that sh!tty canned American Dad.

Tough call. Overall Simpsons is the funniest, but that show isn't what it used to be. For that matter the new Family Guys are not as good as the old.

In order:
Classic Simpsons
Futurama
Classic Family Guy
New Family Guy
New Simpsons
American Dad
