I have the DVD but am too lazy too look through it

The episode is when Peter gets lipo and is helping Chris loose weight, "He's too sexy for his fat" i think.
The question is who are the 2 soviet/eastern europeon wieght lifter guys lifting the stereotypical trianglular weights? they also appear on a bike with a big fron wheel later in the episode
