The first one was pretty terrible. Shouldn't have been more than an episode, the idea that they can sell this on its own as a DVD is ridiculous.

I thought it was pretty bad as well. In fact, I thought the only funny thing was the gall they had at the end to blow off Robot Chicken's Star Wars special which was SIGNIFICANTLY better. I do think Green and Macfarlane were being good hearted about it and really the mention probably helped Robot Chicken, but let's be honest RB's Star Wars was soooooooo much better.
 
The shining moment in the first one was the throw away joke with the riced out TIE fighters. Otherwise it was ok. I stopped watching family guy when I got tired of the extended cutaways that went on way too long. It felt like they would do those just because they can, to further piss off people like me who got tired of them.
