There's a scene from an early Family Guy episode where they show a fictional TV show called "The Communists". Here's the Youtube clip:

Here's the text of the conversation:

Father: I hear report cards were handed out today. What were your grades?
Son: Uhh...uhh...uhh...
Mother: Quit stallin' (Joseph Stalin) and answer your father.
Mother: Go ahead honey, and tell us your marks (Karl Marx).
Son: Do I Khrushchev (Nikita Khrushchev)?
Khrushchev: Did somebody say Khrushchev?

I get the first 2 puns - stallin/Stalin and marks/Marx. Is the reference to Khrushchev supposed to be a pun? Is there some other word or phrase it could be interpreted as?

I know it's very random topic, but that's why I posted it in OT.

It's not meant to be anything, it's just random. They go from two puns that make sense with Commie names, and then a 3rd one that has no meaning. That's the joke.

If I made a thread about every family guy reference/pun I didn't get I'd have 20000 posts. The show is known for it's randomness. Safe to say that more than 50% of the references are from the 80s :p
