family guy fans, need help locating an episode, DIRE NEED

i remember watching a 30min to 1 hour preview of a family guy episode, i thought it was maybe the 100th episode but i'm not sure. the special featured a mockumentary of "screenings" of family guy to random people, many of which who hated family guy, said it was a "horrible show", said that it "needed" to be taken off the air, and what not. this was mixed in with many cuts of seth macfarlane who was sitting by a fireplace and laughing his head off and he was thanking the many loyal fans for keeping the show alive. im trying to find maybe a video of it so i can show my gf. thanks.
 
Yes, it was the 100th episode special. You'll have to find it online because I don't think Hulu has it anymore.
