Yep, read that a while ago but seeing as it only lasted 50 episodes I dont see it lasting very long up there.

That, and they kept changing the time slot. I could never remember when it was on because it would be on Tuesdays and then Thursdays IIRC.

Weird.

Especially since Boston Public first said the N word (racial slur) on TV.

Fox was too conservative, IMO, to have that show.

Fox....too conservative?

Just plain stupid. How can you call them conservative when they're gonna aire that show about people being impaled by stuff?

Actually all Fox is good for is brain damage inducing reality shows and animated sitcoms way past their prime. I read on planet-familyguy.com that some Fax guys really regret giving the show the boot after seeing the ratings on Cartoon Network.

It's good that Cartoon Network did pick it up. I wouldn't be able to watch it otherwise, with all the friggin time changes when it was on Fox...

Wait, are new episodes being aired on Cartoon Network or is it only reruns?

Wow, this is surprising to say the least. Note that the stats are for the 18-34 demographic however; so this is only beating out Letterman/Leno out of that market, with the other markets(older people, females, etc) still tuning in to Letterman/Leno more often. I would imagine that Futurama is pulling similar numbers, although it's a different crowd, and goes against news broadcasts. Kudos to CTN on setting a record, with adults none the less.

PS KEV1N: 1 new episode will be run on CTN, which Fox wouldn't show. Otherwise, they're all reruns.

Not surprising. I belive the secret is that Family Guy is funny, rather than the dull, predictable, idiotic babble that both Leno and Letterman love.

Here?s more good news for ?Family Guy? fans. During the show?s tenure on Fox, MacFarlane?s team actually made 50 episodes?one never aired because it was deemed ?too controversial? for advertisers.

I've seen this, its on Kazaa. Called "When You Wish Upon a Weinstein". All I'll tell you is that its about a Jew.
