False Nero burning error

I keep getting error messages after copying home movies from DVD to DVD (on-the-fly, I think it's called) but the thing is the copy works, my movies are recorded. But it bugs me to keep getting an error message when the program is working.

Has anyone else had this happen; if so, is there a fix?

As per your question, you can only do on the fly dvd copying if your source and destination dvds are the same size. Most original dvds are dual layer 9gb dvds. Most people use DVD Decryptor and DVD Shrink to rip and properly shrink the dvd. DVD Shrink will use Nero to burn it automatically as well. Try that and see if it helps.
