Fallout Shelter was given a big update and was released with a PC version if you wish to play it there.
Granted you could had used emulators but this is smoother and at least a bit of support.
I started playing on my ipad once again a few days ago to get ready and by the looks of it I will not be updating it until my group of level 1 guys finish their endurance 10 training as it seems the extra monsters that attack you can be nasty but I have tried the pc for a bit.
In either case the launcher can be found on: https://bethesda.net
You will need to download their launcher to run it for the pc and will need a account but the launcher location in on the top right near your log in name or the link is:
Removed direct download link as its against TOS
Granted it's still better used as a mobile game obviously but it looks like you can use your save files between your pc and device with manual save transfers until they get around to linking them better.

The thought and information is welcomed. However AT has a rule where no direct download links are allowed, so i have removed the link.
Users must go though a page where they can download the file manually, and not have a direct download link.
