Fallout NV and 2 Mod managers

Ok...this may be a dumb question but...In this game, I have Nexus MM and FOMMM ACTIVE AT THE SAME TIME. Should I get rid of one? Will that mess up the game? How would I "delete" one, and in doing so, would that also mess up the game? Both are automatically registering the mods, even though I downloaded them through Nexus or manually. I also use Loot and FNVEdit.

Please advise.

Wow, you keepin in real!

I just use the Nexus mod manager and never seem to have any real problems. The best part is its good for quickly uninstalling massive texture and mesh mods. Thats nice when you have to troubleshoot.

The only mods I download outside of the nexus are Darnified UI, and I havent even used Darn for Fallout 4, if there is one.

I primarily used Nexus Mod Manager until they borked it, but also had FOMM loaded since a few mods only work with FOMM. Never noticed any problem.

I haven't had any problems, but was just checking to make sure the two managers wouldn't conflict.
