Fallout: New Vegas Issue, Extremely Long load times (PC)

The game doesn't take long to load the main menu from desktop. When I'm at the main menu, I click continue. The load time takes, and I quote myself, 6:48 minutes (avg). Quick loads while in game are 5:41 minutes (avg). I investigated the issue and found out 360 folks are having the same problem and are emptying their caches. Where is this game's cache? Any other solutions would be incredibly appreciated. Thanks!!

I noticed a problem with increasingly long load times (for loading saved games and for loading new areas) on the 360 version after long periods of time. My HDD is going to hell though so I'm not sure it was an issue with the game or not. Never got that long, but sometimes it was definitely getting to the 1+ minute time range.
