Even thought there was a lot wrong with Fallout 3 that made me pissed it was still fun in the end with the free-roaming and being an a-hole and killing whoever I want, I'll buy this one as well if it really is a full fledged game and not a small expansion.

I agree with you there, zerocool. I never truly finished FO3 but I played it quite a bit. The only thing I don't like about New Vegas is that, by the look of the scans, the graphics haven't improved nor has the engine changed at all.
