Fallout 3, change .exe to launch DLC

Just curious if there is something I can put after the fallout3.exe so it automatically launches certain downloadable content or mods without going through the launcher. Yes, I realize the launcher is pretty quick but what can I say, I'm lazy.

I thought if you selected the mods in the launcher, they would automatically load? I don?t have any DLC but my mods automatically run when I launch the exe directly.
