Fallout 3: Are there any mods that make the leveling system similar to Oblivion?

I'm curious if there are any mods that will do the following:

- Allow the character to continuously level (or at least reach a high level before the cap is reached)
- Enemies continue to level with the character (similar to how it worked in Oblivion) or face greater amounts of enemies as the character progresses to higher levels.
- The ability to gain skills and perks in higher levels

I'm not sure if there is a mod that does this but I'm hoping something similar exists. Basically I just want my character to continue to level up and grow stronger throughout the game (without being capped at such a absurdly low level (20 or 30)) and still have some challenging enemies to fight. I don't want to level to the point where I can kill all enemies with one shot or blow. Thanks for any suggestions.

Just goes to show you different tastes... the leveling system in Oblivion was the exact reason I quit playing the game and never finished it, I hated it so much.

Ha, I heard a lot of people make that comment. The Oblivion leveling system did'nt bother me at all, I just hate that FO3 puts a cap on leveling. I started playing the game when it first came out and I hit the level cap before I was even 25% into the game, it kinda killed the whole experience for me.

The DLC increases the level cap to 30, but I think there are some mods that also increase level cap (although I don't know how they work with the DLC which increased it to 30 i.e. whether they increase it more).
Also there isn't necessarily much point in having more levelling when you can max out almost every skill in 30 levels anyway, it's just your core stats that won't be max.

For a challenge just don't use the special weapons (Wazer Wifle, replicant's plasma rifle, etc.) only use stock weapons.

There's TONS of Mods to make your experience more rewarding. This is what I am using:

FOOK 2
FO3 Wasteland edition (MUCH harder game now, and battles are absolutely epic.)
Weapon Mod Kits
Mart's Mutant Mod (A BLAST... tons more enemies, and new ones to boot.)
Ultimate Perk Pack
Skill Points Workaround (Level up beyond 100.)
Levelup workaround (go past 20/30.)

The game is much more rewarding now.

Cheers-
