FALCON DSO-050C5 CH1 Problem.

I own FALCON DSO-050C5, It suddenly caught channel 1 issue. it's working fine in channel 2, but gets sucked on 1% when switching to channel 1.
Factory reset also doesn't resolve the issue.

PS. It's 3 years old. so I don't have company's support. :'(
 
If you have any electronics degree since it is out of warranty you could just take it apart and examine the parts in question yourself and maybe even find a used one for sale and use it for parts.
I prefer the models that have windows2000 built into it. I sure do miss the models that booted MS-DOS. I did not find any models on amazon. Maybe a hobbyist/electronic usergroup could help you out. But since you seem like you might be experience at using itt then just maybe you could bring it to your company and see if the techs there can fix it.
