Yes, but if that was a true purpose of the video, it makes sense to disclose that up front. The article linked isn't really that great, but it seems like it was less a statement of how easily faked this type of thing is, and more of some guy screwing off.

Easy, easy. What I try to convey with my comments is that fact that I do believe it is illegal to fake your death. This wasn't art or a joke. He let the news media (dumb for not verifying, I'll admit) and everybody else think he was really dead, at least for a while. I think thats at least a misdemeanor....
