I posted my guess before looking at the answer, by request of the OP. I didn't know that the link was to an image hosted on a 3rd party site that would've butchered the photo and lost the original EXIF data from the camera.

So poo-poo on you!
 
I haven't looked yet...Looks fake because it almost appears there's some optical distortion in the window "scene", some pincushioning from being at the far end of a zoom. Might just be my eyes, but there's my guess!

EDIT: Yep, it's my eyes! Cool photo.
 
I thought fake due to the lighting angle. From the photographers perspective it appears the sun is behind him, from the landscape the sun appears to be from the left.
Eh, i suck.
