Looks fake, could be real. I'd say unless you know the photog or implicitly trust that site it could still be fake.

A pretty nice view from an outbuilding, anyway 😛
 
real.. i don't see how it looks fake...
If it was a picture hanging there, you would see the sunlight reflect off of it.
 
I guessed real, and that is pretty good metering and depth of field on that photo.

virtual....the pic coulda been digitally added after a shot was taken of just the "frame"
