I dont think you could get a convition from prints alone as your evidence of the crime.

There is a hexagonal fingerprint style printing on the entire bill.
"United States of America 20 USA 20 USA" appears besite the lower left 20 on the front
There's a bunch of little yellow "20"s on the back
