It's really amazing so many middle and low income Americans routinely vote against their own economic well-being and elect conservative politicians in order to support cultural issues with no real chance of success (overturning Roe v. Wade, Affirmitive Action, Creationism in schools, etc.).

Four more years. Maybe by that time you'll be on third world coolie wages of $.35 an hour. Abortion/AA/evolution/Pulling the plug/Gays will still be legal though.

you salaried people get OT?? :Q

I'm salaried and I can't get OT unless approved by my manager. And even then, the first 5 hours are donated to the company and everything after that is straight time. example: I am approved for OT and work 50 hours. I get paid for 45.

depends on your manager i guess, my manager thinks we're all underpaid. so we can pretty much abuse the ot policy.

he actually offered it like "hey, wanna make some extra ot money before christmas?"
