Hi all,
Just wondering about a faint, but distinct, clicking noise that every so often will start emanating from this netbook for several minutes at a time. Then it will stop...then it will come back, at random intervals. Every time it happens the HDD LED light does blink (that's the one shaped like a cylinder right?), but I could have sworn that the HDD is on the left hand side of this computer (judging by how hot that spot gets) and the noise seems to be coming from the right.
How can I confirm/deny that the HDD is dying on me, or has anyone else with the same netbook had the same issue and determined that it was from a different cause?
