Fails to Load Other users

Hi, this only has recently been after modifying some permissions on my hard drive.

After logging in as one user, quick switching to another (two users logged, one active) would cause an "Invalid_kernal_handle" BSOD.

I have returned everything back to original configuration permissions wise, but i have no clue why this is still happening.
The error says that it is a hardware error, to remove newly installed hardware. But i havent installed anything in a month.
