He was arrested for stalking according to the article. Just another misleading lie thread title by another lefty.

A former Republican candidate for Congress in New Mexico is being held for allegedly stalking his opponent after he was previously arrested for allegedly slashing her tires.

Gary Smith, 56, was arrested Wednesday on felony aggravated stalking charges when former Republican nominee for Congress Janice Arnold-Jones' husband spotted Smith's car near their Albuquerque home on New Year's Day.

Stalking is just one of many ways to terrorize people. Read the article. The victims say they are scared.

The thread title is a lie, it's an obvious lie and lie you committed knowingly and with the intent to misinform.

New Mexico GOP candidate Gary Smith is clearly guilty of both felony vandalism and perhaps domestic terrorism.

But still among GOP and Democratic political candidates, that kind of extreme behavior is very rare.

And thus, we cannot, IMHO, tar all Republicans or all democrats with the same brush.

Sounds like the guy has mental issues. He was apparently slashing a lot of tires.
