Failed Overclocking!! upped FSB only 5MHz

Hey, I tried my first attempt at OCing, and failed miserably. I don't see what I'm doing wrong, but once I restart, the PC doesn't boot (or POST). I have to power down, wait about a minute, then restart and it'll POST then say "Overclock failed! Press F1 to setup BIOS, F2 to change to default"

Below are my system specs & all the settings that I think are relevant (if there's more that I'm unaware of, please let me know!) Being a NewB, hopefully someone could point out a glaring mistake and let me be on my way. Notice I couldn't find the memory ratio (1:1, 5:4, 3:2) settings...is that the DRAM Frequency setting?

NOTE: I WAS able to use the AI Overclocker and hit 2.53 (5%), but anything higher than that gave me errors on MemTest86. So that means manually doing a 205FSB should be no problem..
Also, CPU temps are low 30's

I just built a system with that exact same setup, and I can guarantee you its because Performance mode is set to standard. Take that off but put MAM to enabled then keep the timing at 2-3-3-6 and start manually upping the FSB.

Quick reply! :) Isn't Standard essentially Off? The only options are Auto, Standard, Turbo?

Well to my knowledge it isnt..lemme go check what my system is set at, but go ahead and set it to auto and see what happens.

Edit: Yep, mine was set to auto.

Thanks for checking. I experimented a little and keeping all the above settings the same and changing Performance Mode to Auto still causes my PC to not boot.

Maybe the parameters for the memory are wrong?

RAM set to SPD, MAM Enabled, and AI OC 5%, it's stable.
RAM set to SPD, MAM Enabled, and AI OC 10% POSTS just MemTest86 Errors
RAM set to my manual settings, MAM Enabled, AI OC10% = No POST

Lost on what I'm doing wrong?

Excelsior- how much of an OC do you have? Do my settings seem identical to yours?

2.85v
MAM enabled
Performance Auto
Using 2x512MB winbond CH-5

sorry for stupid question but, how did you get DDR320 ratio? Is this the "DRAM Frequency" option? Because there's no 320MHz option under that under my BIOS (latest one)

Im using the 1009 bios. I have DDR400, 320, and 266 available. Right now my ram is running at DDR392 @ 245FSB using the 320 ratio (which is really 5:4).
