Failed Motherboard

I have a ECS K7S5A system that recently starting crashing, and failing when i was playing the game mafia, each time it would get worse and worse. Coming to the point where the system would still be on (power wise) but nothing could be done. The screen would go into powersaving mode as if it were turned off or left idle for a long period of time. Too even get it started up again i would have to use the jumper swich on my motherboard to clear the coms, and reset the bios. I was also getting a message saying CMOS BATTERY LOW, AND CMOS MEMORY SIZE INCCORECT. So i looked up the problem on the internet and found that my cmos battery wasn't acually low, but that it was a bug in the bios it self. So i then went to flash my bios but before i could do that the PC wont even start up anymore no matter how many times i reset the bios. So i'm guessing the bios is either dead, or so currupted that it can't be started anymore.

Does anybody have any suggestion on how to get my PC up and running again ? I'm on a very low budget and cannot afford a new motherboard right now.
