Failed memtest AGAIN

sigh, this is my second pair of platinum rev2's from OCZ, but these ones are v1.0 so tccd =)

but they still fail memtest on test 8

i ramped it up to 230 mhz at 2-3-2-5 and it boots and can run prime95 for 15 min now without errors. should i just try ocing with this pair, even though it failed memtest? or will it cause problems later...

update:
at 230mhz, ran memtest and passed with no errors. wtf? also, running 2-2-3-5 not 2-3-2-5

you just have to find what works. if it passes memtest, start OCing.

PSA: just because it passes memtest doesn't mean it will be stable. memtest is really just a good indication of whether or not there is something physically wrong with your ram. slowly start OCing and use prime95 alot.
