Failed Burning Dual layer disc on LiteOn SHM-165H6S

I must have ruined sever disc already on this burner.
I ripped and burn the movie using DVDFab and use the clone mode (one to one)
I even set it to burn at the slowest speed. So, I used my labtop burner which was made by NEC and that thing burnt sucessfully but when I play back the video it freezes up at the where the layer switch and eject the dics. Guess I can't win on this.
The burner has the latest firmware on it. The media that I used is from Sony
(I believe it's made by Ritek which is the brand that I'm not fond of).
I also used Image burn still no luck.

I used to use Verbatim before and I burnt some disc sucessfully but since Sony disc was on sale so I thought I'd give it a try. Looks like I had just wasted my money.

1. Always cache the data to HDD prior to burning.

2. Always stick quality DL media. I can only recommend Verbatim.

3. Download the FREE trial version of CloneDVD. I believe ImageBurn also support DL. Great free application.
