Guys,

My computer was working fine until today.
Here are my specs:

ASUS P4P800-e Deluxe
Radeon 9800Pro
Maxtor DiamondMax 9 80GB
2x512MB Geil 2.5-8-3-3

*Calms down a bit*

When I start up my computer, nothing shows up on the screen. Nothing. The monitor doesn't even seem to detect that my computer's been turned on. The bios doesn't even start up.

I look at my keyboard, none of the keys are working - numlock/capslock/scrolllock - the buttons don't even light up.

My optical mouse, however, seesm to emit the same red light.

My CPU Fan spins, my Graphics Card fan spins, my Power Supply works, my motherboard light is on. Oh man! I have no clue what's going on!

Edit: Some more information - I hooked my speakers up to my onboard sound, and it says "System Failed CPU Test"! Woah. Not cool at all.

Can anyone please make some suggestions on what to do? Anything would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Not too sure how to reset the bios, as I can't see anything on the screen.
I did do what you suggested - I reinstalled the CPU - still the same thing.

Thanks though.

Oh, sorry about that. I must have misinterpreted what he said.
Guys, I'm really sorry to have caused you the trouble, but the problem fixed itself.

Thank you very much for your help. I have absolutely no clue what happened .... but at least it works now 🙂.
