FAH6 Command Line question

What is the command to stop after the next WU is completed, and how do I input it? I have become spolied with the new GUI client and I have forgotten most of the command line commands.

Have to restart, I think, but shouldn't be too bad if you are writing out to disk every 15 minutes or whatever the default is...
