Find-A-Drug (FaD) is a project searching for inhibitors to cancer, SARS, HIV, MS and a number of other maladies. While small, the project has shown positive, laboratory verified results. One of our members, mLoot, was just credited with discovery of a molecule with anti-cancer properties.
While the TeAm has received contributions of more than a hundred members, only about 21 are currently active. Even so, we are the 10th highest producing TeAm and are at 17th in the standings and about to move up to 16th in a few days.
Even as we move up in rank, there are a few teams below us in the standings that are set to plow right through us. Most notably, the DPC has increased their production recently and now out-produces us 4 to 1.
Any help we can get from the TeAm would make a BIG difference. Our 'stats-meister', Ross Whitehead, has been working hard to produce regular updates so that we can see how we're doing. We've recently upgraded to a new client, which has been very stable. The client is available for Windows and Linux, supports multiple processors and is very un-intrusive.
