FaD: Status of the Hordes

I have recently added two new nodes to the hordes. Both of these nodes will serve as Queue Servers -- I expect to add numerous clients soon. The hordes are largely on autopilot for a bit while I dance with Wilma. It is sure to be an interesting story. More on that in the coming days.

At the present time, I believe I have a bit over 100 computers crunching FaD. Another small number of computers (6) have been converted from SETI Classic to SETI BOINC. I hope to work out a way to distribute and run the BOINC client much as I have done with FaD.

I have the resources to put up to 4 more computers online in the near future. S/b fun. I also plan to begin running FaD from a Linux computer shortly.

I think Mondo is telling us he lives in Cancún. Or he's a well known dictator of a nearby Carribbean island. :evil:
