Do I change them both at the same time? Worried about orphaning the points.

Did we just lose someone or did someone combine accounts ? The last update just now shows us with 137 members and before it was 138.

The tried and true method I use is to change one ... upload some points (wait for an update at Find-a-Drug) then change the other .. upload some points ... wait ....

I usually change the usernames FIRST and the combine them by changing the Email Address!!!

Changing both at the same time has resulted in a situation that only the staff at Find-a-Drug could sort out.
