For those interested in the status of the hordes ...

I've terminated all the out-of-state hordes.

What remains is a few "remotes", my in-house computers and a single remaining local horde.

I am recovering slowly and hope to get back up to speed within the near future. Working on that.

If things go as planned this weekend and next week, I will have at least 4 more computers online here at the one room adobe mansion. (I need the heat! 😉

My P4c800e asus board that they rma'd to me last month went down so I ordered a refurb from Newegg to get that P4 2.6c back up and running. Just waiting on the rma # from asus.

I've got what appears to be a handful of either dead CPUs or dead RAM... need to test more... I've got 2 brand new ECS N2U400 motherboards and I can't get either to post... and haven't had the time to test the parts in other machines yet :roll:

I tried replacing everything to get that asus board to boot but it would not power up. The strangest thing is that the board I rma'd to them had the same problem.
