Welcome to our newest members TA_Shame, GhettoFob, Slowbones, NateSLC, and mikerewak.

We have lost kzinti1 as a member and wish them and their 3,039,425 points the best.
We have lost ZacharyB as a member and wish them and their 2,205,227 points the best.

Additional, stats provided by GeoffS can be found @ FaD Stats.

The following teams have moved up the ranking ladder since the last stats:

thanks for the stats!

With FaD the points stay w/ the individual when they move teams.

Thus, the production calcs are affected when someone joins or leaves the team and has significant points. I could get around this in the code but... I never seem to find the time 🙁

I thought ZacharyB left a week or so ago? Did they rejoin then leave again, or am I misremembering?

I am on the last one or two jobs on this batch, then I have a big dump coming up. 😛 I am sure I won't come close to mondobyte's, but it should be a decent spike for a single individual running on only one machine at the time. 🙂

yeah i read that last night....kinda disappointing because im not so sure whats wrong with the "attitude" over here that he refers to 😕 anyhow, not to hijack the thread, thanks for the stats Ross!

He must frequent the "off topic" forum, lol. Obviously, the DC forum is the friendliest of all the forum sections....I don't see any "attitude" here.

I'm considering adding FaD to my folding efforts. How memory intensive is the program and how well would it run on a p4 2.66 already running 1 instance of F@H and a p4 3.2HT already running 2 isntances of F@H?

He did leave several days ago but I have not generated stats since last Sunday...

Anybody read this? on the Free DC forum

Thats too bad. I hope he reconsiders... 🙁

And he only joined the FaD team on the 27 of March.

How can anyone form a fair and honest opinion of any forum in just a few days or even a few weeks?

I sometimes think it is me that is the problem and not the forums. I have reasonably strong opinions about FaD and lack the political correctness to obfuscate them so that no one thinks I have any opinion.

I don't think it's you mondo, it's not like we didn't welcome him here, he was surely welcomed in this thread.

I disagree with that. In this thread you made some graet ponits about welcoming newcomers specifically "We should welcome everyone who gives our forum a "test drive" and say nothing negative if they depart".
