I have not left, but I did perform a new install on Thursday... I will have to check it's config to see what is up.

I just verified the config on the new install and all looked fine 😕

So, I set the Team # to zero and saved it, then opened setup again and set the team back to 2039. I did not send results inbetweeen the switch. I hope this does it.

I have always heard of these horror stories but now I am living it :|

Is there an easy way to fix this? I have no desire to reach out to everyone of my installs and make sure they are correct. 🙁

If I perform a new install will that fix it? Forever, or just until the roque sends results again???
 
Your newest install controls the account as far as teams go. IF you did a new install it should fix the problem. Be aware if you do an uninstall there is some keys in the registery you have to remove before doing a reinstall.
