Guys it was just one person that I saw offended, the last time Geoff and Andy visited it was all in fun and everyone I know enjoyed it. Anyhow did you know that the best thing about that team is all the young kids getting involved.

Sound great getting the youth involved

My girls love to watch the stats (I use their machine to crunch with too) and constantly
can be found hitting refresh lol

I was thinking about starting a regular thread on the real science behind FAD, Kind of a lesson a day for my own knowledge and the new crunchers on timo, what do you think? suggestions?

Do this on our forum right here! I would be interested 😉

I am a member of TAS, our rally TeAm, and have been voting for FAD every month ever since DRingdahl went MIA. I would guess we will be on it in a month or two.

Have to agree. I have found this Forum to be one of the best places on the net. I have lurked on other teams forums and have noticed a lot of name calling, fighting, etc. TeAm AnandTech is the best!

mrwizer please don't take this wrong, LOL, never noticed before but your avatar looks like he's worried about being called names or being flamed 😀
I'm glad you know you don't have to worry about that here.

On the science behind FAD , it would be learning for me. My background is all physics, electrical & electronics. So this is a new thing for me. Maybe do this in several forums and see how it goes, I'll start once I get the preliminaries of my new contract out of the way. Its lots of fun getting a 480volt 3phase 800amp system on line, and did you know you cant just call the power company and tell them to hook it up? Lots of math and all kinds of approval before a single thing is actually done. Most boring part of the job.
